Submitting Applications
Green Owl prepare any required planning application and building regulation notifications needed for submission to avoid any unnecessary delays. Our team will work with you along this process so that you can plug in your own important decisions such as when you purchase furniture and finishes.
Planning
We know how crucial thorough planning is for the success of any project, no matter how big or small. We’ll make sure everything is fully mapped out and that everyone in our team knows their role before any work starts including product finishes specification, for sign off leaving us plenty of time to avoid last minute panics!
On-Site Construction
Our team of skilled tradesman and dedicated site managers ensure high-quality workmanship by meticulously following drawings. Regular on-site meetings avoid any unnecessary slip ups. Once your dream project is complete, it's handed back. Whether it’s to live in, rent out, Green Owl guide you through the entire property and show you how to use your new home, whether its the heating controls or high tech air conditioning system. Additionally, we provide you with copies of all the maintenance manuals.
Finally, we issue you with all the required warranties and certificates to guarantee satisfaction.
