Owned since his university days, our clients’ flat was in desperate need of a makeover, having not been updated for over 25 years. Green Owl worked to very strict timelines on this project. We completely stripped out every wire, pipe, wall and finish within the flat, working in close partnership with the client, and began a complete redesign of the property.

On the newly fitted sub-floors we installed stunning wood flooring, and every precious square metre of space was cleverly utilised with bespoke built-in joinery. A beautiful bathroom space was created and the kitchen was replaced.
